Tanya, from the vibrant city of Delhi, India, holds an undergraduate degree in Business Economics from the University of Delhi. Adarsh, from the cultural hub of Kolkata, India, completed his undergraduate business degree at the State University of New York (SUNY) Oswego. Our paths crossed in a city far from home, and together, we discovered a shared vision for helping students.

Having lived through the trials and triumphs of relocating abroad, we intimately understand the rollercoaster of emotions that comes with starting afresh in a new place. Adarsh’s journey in student recruitment and consulting since 2016 and his dedicated work in the International Office at SUNY Oswego gave him profound insights into the challenges faced by international students to succeed. Meanwhile, Tanya has passionately guided over 200 students in the past three years, helping them navigate their paths with confidence.
